REFUND AND EXCHANGE INFORMATION

Sales Receipts Are Required For All Refunds and Exchanges!

 

TEXTBOOKS:

Textbooks may be returned through the first five (5) days of the quarter, and through the 5th and 10th day when accompanied by an associated Drop/Add slip.

The following conditions must be met when returning textbooks and course materials:

    -New books must be in pristine condition. Books must be clean and free of markings.

    -Used books must be in same condition as purchased.

    -Packages, bundles, access codes, and other shrink wrapped items must be unopened.  No exceptions.

    -Package seals on access codes must be unopened.

    -Course Pack materials must be unopened.

Textbooks and course materials sold after the 10th day of the quarter will be considered a final sale.

 

SOFTWARE:

Unopened software may be returned within 14 days of purchase.

 

GENERAL MERCHANDISE:

General Books, Supplies, Gift Items, Clothing and Other Merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase as long as the item is in new and saleable condition. 

    -Original packaging must be intact for technical items such as calculators, USB drives, and recorders.

    -Clothing items and uniforms must be unworn and tags must be attached.

    -Due to hygenic purposes earphones, earplugs, nursing kits, exam gloves, goggles, respiratory masks, stethoscopes, blood pressure cuffs, and other health related supplies are non-refundable.

    -Shipping charges are non-refundable.

    -Clearance items are non-refundable.

Refunds for items paid by check will be processed 10 days following date of purchase.

 

Refunds for items paid by bank card will be credited back to the same bank card authorized for the original purchase.

 

When necessary, refunds may be directed through the SVC Business Office and will require two to three weeks for processing.
