Cardinal Bookstore also serves students at the South Whidbey and San Juan centers. Skagit Valley College is an agency of the State of Washington. Skagit Valley College has been providing service as a public community college since established in 1926. The Cardinal Bookstores are wholly owned by Skagit Valley College and the State of Washington. The bookstores operate as state enterprises. |
